Although the government has programs and policies which cover the concept ,it is not happening and the true benefits are not reaching the targeted children . In the BPL families and Low -income areas where children have access to free schools run by the government , disabled children are admitted but have no access to the remedial resources they need nor quality academics, because of the untrained teachers who are not versed in dealing with them.
Most private schools refuse them admission .Beneficiaries will be the children from such areas who need special attention and focus.
